Terms and conditions

This website lets you browse safari and tour packages and send us an enquiry, a booking request or a tailor-made trip request through our forms. Submitting a form is a request for us to get in touch with availability and a quote. It is not a booking and no payment is taken on this website.

When you submit an enquiry, booking request or trip request, we will reply by email or WhatsApp with availability, an itinerary and a price. Your booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing, and that message explains how any deposit or payment is made.

Prices shown on tour pages are starting, or "from", prices in US dollars or Ugandan shillings, and may change until your booking is confirmed in writing.

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the permits, lodges and transport already reserved for your trip. We state them in your written quote before you confirm, so please read them before you pay. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change and we will explain your options.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visa, travel insurance and any vaccination certificates needed to enter Uganda.

Some activities, including gorilla and chimpanzee trekking, hiking and boat trips, carry inherent risk. Follow your guide's instructions at all times.

Accommodation, park authorities and other suppliers we book on your behalf have their own terms and conditions, which also apply to your trip.

You agree not to misuse this website, including submitting false information through our forms or attempting to disrupt the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
