When you use our contact form, tour enquiry form, trip planning form or newsletter form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number if given, and any trip details or messages you write.

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and, if you subscribe, to send occasional travel advice and news about new trips. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Form submissions are sent by email through Resend, our email delivery provider.

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not track you individually across other websites.

Our contact page can show a Google Map of our location. The map only loads, and only then contacts Google, after you choose to view it.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of your trip, and we delete them when you ask us to.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us through our contact page.
